We offer initial support, advice, and guidance to all job seekers in Oulu, both in employment and business matters. Together with an expert, you can, for example, identify suitable services for you and receive support related to employment and education. Advice is also available remotely.

You can also find information and services tailored to your situation on Työmarkkinatori. There you can find, for example, open job positions and in the Services section, you can register as a job seeker.

Various free training sessions and events are available to promote employment.

BusinessAsema offers various pop-up services that do not require an appointment. Job seekers can access services such as housing advice, the Immigration Office, OSAO Ovi, Pohde, and Financial Counseling. 

International House Oulu assists international job seekers and those planning to move to Oulu from abroad.

Practical Support for Job Search 

BusinessAsema offers various support services for your employment. If necessary, you can get help with preparing job application documents, identifying your strengths, and preparing for job interviews. We provide personal assistance with computer use and online job searching without an appointment on weekdays from 12:00 to 15:00. All our services are free of charge.
